IPS (Integrated Plumbing System) concealed panel systems are designed to hide supply pipework, soil pipes, cisterns and other services behind decorative panels in commercial washrooms. The result is a clean, professional interior where all utilities are enclosed rather than left exposed, and where maintenance access is still possible without dismantling the installation.
Aquastar designs and manufactures bespoke concealed panel systems from its Wirral facility. Every project is different, and the panel configuration, room dimensions and required level of pre-assembly will vary by site. We offer two supply options to suit your project and your installation team.
Full system supply
A complete IPS package including bespoke decorative panels and a metal studwork framework pre-designed for your space. This is the most straightforward option for projects where a contractor or fit-out team is handling the installation, as the entire system arrives configured and ready to assemble.
Panel-only supply
Bespoke decorative panels without a framework, suited to projects where your installation team will construct their own studded timber or metal frame on site. We provide detailed specification guidance to ensure the panels fit correctly to the frame your team builds.
All panels are available in MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard), CGL (Compact Grade Laminate), MR MFC (Moisture-Resistant MFC) and MR MDF (Moisture-Resistant MDF), across an extensive range of colours and finishes. For washroom environments with regular moisture exposure, CGL is the recommended specification. Access panels are incorporated as standard wherever maintenance access to services is required.
All panels are pre-drilled and supplied with comprehensive fitting instructions. Our technical team is available throughout installation to advise.
